The activity is supervised by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution — ACPR), 4 place de Budapest, CS 92459, 75436 Paris Cedex 09, France.

After completing the internal complaints procedure, and if no satisfactory solution has been reached, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator, whose contact details will be provided by HILEO.
